Foodpath 1: Crêpes

Yesterday, my flat mates and I ate Crêpes for dinner. We normally don't eat together, but when it's a special occasion, we come together and have a little "family" dinner.

This time it was to say goodbye, because during semester break everyone of us drives to their hometown and rejoins with their family. It was a delicious meal and I thought I'd share the receipt with you!

And I mean how often do you get to enjoy French cuisine?
It's not exactly like our Crêpes Maker, but you get the idea.

You'll need:
  • 1 litre Milk
  • 500g Flour
  • 2 Eggs
  • Add sugar and salt as you like it in the ratio 2:1.

Mix it all together and fry them in a frying pan with a little butter or oil or use a Crêpes Maker like we did. The dough mixture should be sufficient for about 15 Crêpes.

You can put anything you like on your Crêpes, we decorated ours with vegetables and cheese to have a hearty and proper meal and afterwards we ate sweet Crêpes with sugar and cinnamon, with banana and apple slices, with melted chocolate.


❧ Option 1: 
Vegetables + Cheese!
(Tomato, Pepper, Zucchini, Mushrooms, etc.)

❧ Option 2:
Banana + Chocolate!

❧ Option 3: 
Apple + Banana + Cinnamon + Sugar!
5 Crêpes for each of us!


The options are endless!
Choose what ever is your favourite!
